President

Location: Columbia, MD

Kishan is the President of ATI and a licensed civil/environmental engineer with extensive design, business development and administrative experience. His areas of technical expertise include civil design; SWM; site characterization; remediation & permitting.

Chinmoy Mitra

Principal

Location: Columbia, MD

Chinmoy is a Principal at ATI and an architect with 30 years of experience in planning, design, and construction of correctional/institutional, industrial, commercial, and residential facilities. He also has extensive experience in programming/master planning.

Neil Munshi, PE

Vice President

Location: Columbia, MD

Neil is a senior structural engineer with nearly 45 years experience in design of structures in steel, concrete, and timber. He has specialized experience in inspection and evaluation of existing structures, and design for strengthening and upgrading. He is also ATI's QA/QC Manager for A/E design projects.

Guru Patel

Construction Services Manager

Location: Columbia, MD

Guru is a senior architect with more than 24 years of experience in designing and managing the construction of a wide variety of buildings and infrastructure. He has provided construction management services for government, institutional and commercial clients.

Mahendra is a Principal at ATI and an award winning architect and planner. He has more than 38 years of professional experience including all phases of planning and architectural design and well as nearly 30 years as an educator at Morgan State University. He is an expert in adaptive reuse.

David Heisler, PhD

Vice President - Special Projects

Location: Washington, DC

David is Vice President for Special Projects. His areas of expertise include program management; govt. contracting; business development; training; industrial hygiene; environmental science; chemical warfare defense and demilitarization; cultural  resources; & anthropology. He has directed numerous award-winning programs.

Majid Jelveh, AIA, LEED AP

Vice President

Location: Columbia, MD

Vice President. Majid is a Senior Architect at ATI and is licensed in MD, VA, PA & NY.  He has won multiple design award in his career. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional with experience in sustainable architecture and Green Building design.

Dewey Cubit, CIH

Senior Certified Industrial Hygienist

Location: Washington, DC

Dewey is ATI's senior Certified Industrial Hygienist, providing expertise to all of our occupational health and safety programs. He has particular interest and experience with biotechnology research facilities, hospitals, and other medical activities.
